This time of the pandemic has been hard in many ways on many of us. Feelings of fear, anxiety, depression... Having to isolate for weeks or be out there to provide services both bring different challenges and risks. Both are hard. During this time support and self-care are very important. Especially if you have others relying on you. Put on your oxygen mask first, so you can be there for others. Continuing with as much routine as prior is essential, as well as getting plenty of sleep, movement, water and fresh air. The basics. Above that, incudling myself, many therapists are offering online counseling options. Please take care of yourself and know that you are not alone.
