In The House Of The Riddle Mother SoulCollage Group
Sometimes in order to appreciate and even see the light, we must walk through the dark… In this Heroines’ Journey Group, in search of our connection to the True Self and the Wild Wisdom we all carry within us, we will travel to the underworld, into the darkest corners of the deep woods of the psyche and explore the various aspects of the Feminine Shadow. While walking through the stages of Initiation and the Life/Death/Life Cycle of all nature, guided by the Wild Woman, the Haag, the Trickster, we will discover and reconnect to our primary instinctive power of intuition. “Intuition is the treasure of a woman’s psyche. It’s like a a wise old woman who is with you always, who tells you exactly what the matter is, tells you exactly whether you need to go left of right. It is a form of The One Who Knows, old La Que Sabe, the Wild woman.” Clarissa Pinkola Estes In this Experiential online Expressive Arts group, we will utilize the power of SoulCollage to explore what is, to recover what is lost and to embody what awaits us. This group will lead us into deep self-discovery of what truly matters. In our work over the course of 10 months, we will meet monthly on every first Sunday of the month, to explore the developmental stages of the Feminine Shadow Archetype to gain clarity and liberation and to free the Light through the process of balancing and relationship building with them. This group will allow you an opportunity

to feel benevolence of life
to develop safer relationships with self, as well as solid foundation for relationships with others and life itself

Mirror Mirror SoulCollage Group
Is she weak or is she strong, is she good or evil, is she dark or light? Or is she all of them and then some? Based on the idea of seeing varying perspectives, we will follow Olya who steps through the mirror into the Kingdom of Crooked Mirrors where Yalo (opposite of Olya) resides. Have you ever visited a house of mirrors and seen a wacky-looking version of yourself? With the help of trickery these Funhouse Mirrors distort how you see yourself and make you laugh... Our goal in this group is adjust our personal perspective and to find our personal looking glass, the one that reflects our true self. In this 9 month group, we will explore and balance difficult emotions, re-cast hard to mold defenses and heal through addressing trauma responses and how they affect us. This group is about healing the affects of trauma, restoring and healing our wounded inner psyche. Trauma teaches us how to close our hearts and arm up. Healing teaches us to open our hearts and boundary up. This group will help you come home to your true authentic self and find balance, clarity, freedom and peace in your authentic existence. Each month we will ask the Magic mirror, the mirror of truth, to shine its light into our darker corners and show us what we need to see in order to heal ourselves, no matter how hard. The mirror does not lie. The only questions is: Are you brave enough to ask, are you brave enough to look? Are you ready for transformation and true healing? When we peer into our wounded psyche, we find our abandoned parts who are desperately waiting to be rescued by us. This is your chance! In a supportive group environment, we will walk the path back to ourselves and recover that which is true to us. Are you ready to answer the call?
